Etekcity Food Kitchen Scale

As someone who’s never owned a scale, I was grateful this one was easy to use. The directions were clear. It small enough to fit in a drawer, but keep in mind that also limits the amount of food that can fit on it. The quality is great for the price.

I've been looking for a scale like this all of my life. Using a regular scale and a food tracking app to track my nutrition took a long time, and I would start to obsess about food, calories, and nutrition. It was not sustainable or healthy for me. I would always fail to do it long term because I felt so much anxiety around food. With this scale, I scan a barcode or type in the name of a food then weigh the food. The scale keeps track of all of that information. I just have to glance in the app to see my total calories, fat, protein, and carbohydrates to be sure that I got my nutrients for the day. Once I get all of my nutrients, then I know I don't have to eat anymore for the day.

Honestly, no complaints. It comes with included parts, the scale. This product requires AAA batteries, which aren't included. You can download an app to track food consumption and the weight of it. This product is easy use and set up. The value of the product is reasonable with the ability to connect to the app.

I really enjoy this kitchen scale, I bought it because of the accuracy for baking, and for my sourdough starter. Easy to clean, just wipe it down quick, well made and fits in our small drawer easily.
