Bissell CleanView XR Pet Cordless Vacuum Cleaner

I purchased this 3 months ago and use it a lot. I have dark wood floors and 3 light haired dogs, and vacuum every other day. I was looking for a smaller vacuum for the dog hair vacuuming days and purchased this one. When I took it out of the package, it looked like a toy a child would use. I was so wrong. It is the best for vacuuming dog hair - light weight, handles easily, gets under chairs and tables, and has good suction. Easy to empty and store. It is so much easier to use than my big carpet vacuum. I will buy another when this one breaks.

Wow I bought this on sale and honestly was a little skeptical because of how cheap it was but I'm pretty impressed! I wish the mount had enough spots for all the attachments so that part sucks. Comes with charger for the battery so that's nice. When it vacuums, it doesn't "sound" like it's doing a lot like but it works really well and picks up everything. I have cats so cat hair is an issue in my house and that canister was full of dirt and cat hair. I like how the roller brush also has a silicone thing which I think helps pick up dirt more easier too so that's a smart touch for this vacuum.

Very strong suction on this sturdy small vacume. Love that it doesn't have a roller/spinning brush for my hair to wrap around. Vacumes with brushes I need to cut my hair from because they get tangled around it. I use it in my approximately 400 sq Casita I stay in for the winters. Cord is super long and this vacume is super light which is another thing I like about it. Very easy to clean filters. Super compact so it doesn't take up much room in my small closet. Filter is small so it will not suck well if filter is full/plugged up but that doesn't take much time at all to clean out. Love it. My gf did as well so she bought one to use in her RV because she has two dogs with long fur. Like I said it has no spinning brush for hair to get stuck/wrap around it.

I absolutely love this tiny vacuum, it works very well on hardwood floors, laminate and even tile! It is 50/50 on rugs and carpeting, sometimes the fuzzies like to stick like Velcro to those. I bought this mainly because I loathe getting out our bigger Dyson to do the hard wood floors since it is no light weight, and I can't clean my carpeted stairs with it, however this little feather weight is perfect for my needs (my only regret is not buying an additional filter or two with it, because it gets filthy fast). The cord is fairly short, but I have a 25ft extension cord that fixes that issue. I like that you can use the floor length handle with the handpiece or pull them apart, it makes getting into corners without bending over a breeze. The floor attachment does not have a brush or rollers either, kinda wish it did.

Don't wait this is worth its weight in gold. I love it. Of course I just got it yesterday but so far it is everything I was looking for. I am an old lady and live in a split level home. My son brought me a new vacuum for Christmas and it is really a nice one BUT it is way too heavy for me to run up and down stairs with. Especially when I just want to vacuum the kitchen after dinner. Also I was not comfortable with running it on my hard wood floors. This little gem is everything I was looking for, light weight, good suction and small enough for easy storage. I highly recommend it.

After reading about all the other stick vacs, I got the Bissell Cleanview XR Pet 300W Cordless Vacuum with Removable Battery for $179. It is worth twice that. It is ingeniously designed, precision made of strong high quality materials, works well, and includes 4 very useful attachments. Its maneuverability is well suited for the furniture, wood floors and oriental rugs in our living, dining, kitchen and porch rooms, and can do all of them at low and medium power on one charge. It is less suited for the wall to wall higher pile carpet in our bedrooms, where maximum power will do one room. Even though I bought a second battery, for those rooms I can always use our more powerful corded upright vac.
This cordless Bissell vacuum is a pleasure to use, so convenient and easy and effective. I will no longer be postponing and dreading vacuuming.

Love this product! I have almost everything bissell. Bought this one even more because my sister had it, but the only complaint I have when I received it was the battery. When I charged it the circle would turn red, it would also turn off and stop vacuuming. Overall I love the product I just would want and need a battery replacement.

I've been cleaning our hardwood-lookalike-vinyl floors with a standard bagless/cordless vac for years now. We have two full-sized dogs and the amount of hair/dust they bring in the house is gross.

That vacuum broke, so I decided to try this Bissell. It works great so far. You can even see the path on the floor where I swept, meaning it's picking up dirt the other one wasn't.

The battery it comes with lasts about 10 minutes on full power, so I would recommend buying a higher capacity battery out of the gate.

It's light, takes about 15 seconds to assemble, and is great for pet hair. The parts are heavy duty and it can reach places other similar vacuums can't.

I will name my next child Bissell.

I've been looking for a stick vacuum for quite awhile but didn't want an expensive one. Based on the price and reviews I chose this one and got it right before the holidays. I used it once and chalked it off to a glorified dust buster, but it is so lightweight and easy to use and seemed to do a good job that I kept it. I just pulled it out to use for the second time, and although I don't like bagless vacuums, I decided to empty the canister and see how well it cleaned. I was very surprised at how much was in the canister after only one use and rather than assume my house was dirtier than I thought, I attribute it to the quality of this vacuum. I have lots of wood floors and very low pile rugs, which are always getting sucked up in my regular vacuum. For an inexpensive glorified dust buster, this works great. The base does not have a brush or other design to lift the pile to get under the fibers, so if you use it on a heavier carpet, you will be disappointed, but if you are using it bare floors, and low pile rugs, you will be very happy. Lightweight, so easy for someone with mobility issues to push around. Easy to clean and store. Corded, which I wanted so not to have a dedicated place for charging. If you're tired of lifting or pushing a heavy vacuum or sweeping and stooping ... give this one a try. It's returnable, but I'm keeping.
