eufy X10 Pro Omni Robot Vacuum Cleaner

This thing has revolutionized the level of clean I've had in my house. Not that I was that dirty, but we have three cats and the hair can be a lot. By keeping it off the floor every day, it keeps it off of everything else and that has been a godsend.

I've attached some before and after of a mess I purposely left for this review and it did good. A couple crumbs missed here and there but nothing bad. It does well navigating around/through objects, and has lidar to help map objects. The app has an ability for it to take photos to upload to the app for you to review. I don't use this but could see this being really useful. This vacuum is truly capable and excellent, and the app hasn't been neglected and instead used to elevate the experience to the next level.

There are several app features that are nice like it has a map of your house that it makes and you can label rooms and setup schedules for just cleaning those rooms. Have kids that leave crumbs in the floor after dinner? Fine, have it clean the dining floor after dinner in the evening. You can alternate mopping and sweeping, and adjust the levels of mopping and the suction levels that it sweeps at too. It also will use more suction for bigger carpets.

Having constantly clean floors that are truly clean has really been lovely. Having them done without any extra time taken away from my busy schedule has been a godsend. While this vacuum was expensive, I think it was really worth every penny.

I bought this for our main floor as it is a mixture of rugs, carpet, tile, and laminate flooring. I honestly couldn't be happier. It keeps our rugs and carpet free of pet hair and debris, as well as keep our laminate and tile spotless and shiny. The battery has plenty of charge for the 1200 square feet on our main floor. The mapping festure is really accurate and allows us to schedule high traffic areas like our kitchen and living room to be cleaned more often. It does and incredible job of avoiding most obstacles and not getting caught up on our rugs. Something I didn't realize was how nice the lifting mop heads are. This keeps the rugs and carpets from getting wet like our X8 pro would. Compared to our other Eufy vac (An X8 Pro that now in our basement) I feel like this is the best option if you have a mixture of flooring types. Just make sure to empty the dirty water container often or it will begin to smell.

I am absolutely delighted with this robot! The app is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to manage and customize the cleaning settings. The robot itself does an excellent job of cleaning the floors, and for an added touch, I use Meyers Multi-Surface Cleaner in the water compartment. This not only enhances the cleaning results but also leaves my home smelling wonderful with floors that truly sparkle.

The vacuum operates very quietly, and the suction power is more than adequate for daily use. While it can be a bit noisy when emptying itself at the base station, that's perfectly normal. The water capacity is decent, though it could be larger. For my 1,600 sqft living space, I find myself changing the water more frequently, especially since I run the robot almost daily to keep up with the messes my baby creates.

It's such a pleasure to come home to sparkling clean floors and a fresh-smelling house. I’ve also learned to remove any obstacles to help the robot navigate more efficiently. Occasionally, it accidentally closes the bathroom door and gets stuck, but I’ve resolved this by simply opening the door wider.

Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with this product and highly recommend it!

So I had a previous iRobot 9 they brand new one. I was not happy with how often it did not complete the job. This machine so far works better mops better. The tile looks clean unlike iRobot it left marks would smear dirt and dog hair. So far so good, I’m happy with my purchase.

I rarely write reviews but I will say this system is truly a game changer. I work a lot of hours and I have a cat. So the last thing I want to do after coming home from work/ on the weekends was vacuum then mop. Having a pet increased the need to do this more often. I had a Crosswave to do this routine cleaning but it got super dirty and it took a hour to do my entire apartment. With the Eufy I can set it and forget it until it tells me to empty/ fill the water tanks. I like that when creating a schedule you can select the order of the rooms in cleans (saving my bathroom and room with my litter box for last) the amount of water that’s used for each room, the suction level, and how many passes. It’s truly awesome to have that much customization in each of my cleans. The AI avoidance is great and it never got tangled on things!

The cons, which tbh are not really cons, are it’s a robot so at times it might flip the corner of my bathmats or lightweight area rugs. I know it’s not deep cleaning like my Dyson vacuum but it picks up alot of things and clearly scrubs my floors. For the price and features this is worth the investment.

This is one of the best purchases I have ever made. If you hate vacuuming and mopping as much as I do, then this is for you!

I already had a eufy vacuum (which I was also happy with), so setting this up was a breeze. After setup and connecting to Wi-Fi, it quickly created a map of my house with really good accuracy.

After the device creates your map, you can then set it to vacuum your entire house, mop your entire house, or mop and vacuum certain rooms. For example, my foyer gets a lot of traffic. I can set the device to vacuum the foyer, vacuum and mop the foyer, or just mop the foyer. It stays within the bounds created in the map and doesn't need barriers to keep it from going to the wrong places.

After vacuuming and/or mopping, it empties itself automatically. You just empty the vacuum bag after approximately 3 months or dump the dirty water after cleaning.

If you have areas where the device gets tangled up or that present some type of hazard, then you can create a no-go zone in the map. For example, I have hoses under my bed for an air mattress that caused the device to get stuck. I created a no-go zone in the map, and the device automatically avoids that area.

I just got it yesterday, but I have already used it to clean every room in my house. It is such a time saver, and my floors have never been cleaner! In addition, the Wi-Fi feature is absolutely fantastic. You can have it clean while you're away, and you can monitor its progress.

Again, if you do not enjoy vacuuming and mopping but like clean floors, then this is the device for you! I am very impressed after just one day.

So far so good! This is only my initial review of the item after a week of use. I can’t speak to how long the item will last yet but I will try to add updates at a month, 6 months, 1 year.

I am able to vacuum and mop my entire apartment on a single charge. It’s not too loud. The mopping is good for daily maintenance and I will expect to hand mop once every month or two but this is great for maintenance and it’s so cute how it turns around and shakes it’s little bum. I use it on deep clean mode as it follows a better cleaning path. It doesn’t bump into things it taps them backs up and moves around. I want my dog to sit on top and ride it around LOL. I did A LOT of research for a few weeks on which vacuum robot to get and this is the highest rated and best mid range option and has sooooo many amazing features for the money! 100% worth the money!!!

If you are a cat owner like me, you know the struggle of keeping up with all that fur. Over the past years, we've tried iRobot 9xx and Roborock S7+ --- They worked ok but the cons are also obvious: e.g. hair always gets tangled in our iRobot and we had to manually pickup hairballs after cleaning. Roborock is better but it gets stuck on one of our bath rugs every single time and also sometimes gets confused when navigating through obstructions. That's why we started looking for new upgrades in our vacuum device. Eufy X10 Pro Omni was by far the most expensive robot vacuum we’ve ever purchased so we were a bit unsure at the beginning, but after running it hard for weeks, I would say it's definitely worth the price and exceed my expectations.

-- CLEANING
Suction power is superb. We use it in all areas including carpet, hardwood and tile, and it hardly misses anything that I would notice. The dock also has strong power suction to transfer from the robot to the dust bin, and it does an amazing job at self-cleaning the mop. Our house is not a small one so during the cleaning, the vacuum would return to the dock a couple times to clean the mopping pad and automatically resume the cleaning when it's ready. This is a plus imo as it guarantees mopping around the house only with clean pads. I really like the fact the this vacuum is truly hands-free - all I have to do is add water and dump water.

-- SOUND
The unit runs a lot quieter than our other vacuums which is very important for us cuz our cat is very scared of vacuum cleaners. Our previous ones were so loud that he would hide in corners waiting for it to finish, but with Eufy he barely feels the need to hide. We sometimes wfh so this is another big plus - we can run it while we are at home working without feeling disturbed.

-- OBSTRUCTIONS
While the unit is compact enough to get under furniture like chairs / tables / bed to clean all the hard-to-reach areas, the sensors are really good at detecting obstructions and it barely bumps into furniture or knocks over anything (another reason it's quiet!). Previously with our old vacuums, we needed to do lots of preparation work to remove rugs / cables so they won't get stuck, but Eufy navigating through the house effortlessly so we no longer need to prepare the space before running it, but can still rest assured that we won't need to rescue it during the cleaning session.

Overall, we are extremely happy and satisfied with the purchase. I would highly recommend it to my friends and families, especially to those who have pets. It's truly a game-changer.

There are lot of robot Vacuums in market and to be honest, I was using 4 year old some non branded robot vacuum and was not at all happy with it as it used to get struck in wires, toys, shoes and anything you can imagine.
After looking at a smart robot vacuums, thought of giving it a try and after using it for a 4 weeks now. I have few observations:
1. Water tank is efficient and the mopping uses minimal water and the floor gets dry quickly, that's the best thing to have.
2. Does a great job at dispensing dirty water and refill and also the dust tank.
3. At 8000pa suction, carpet cleaning is great.
4. Mopping works good but not great, I can see some hard tough spots remaining on floor.
5. This can clean slides if you set it up in settings but that is will take a lot of extra time for cleanup.
6. I don't have pets but still had issues of hair tangling in old vacuum but this one works perfect.
7. This avoids all the wires, toys or any other obstacle and does not get struck.
8. Only issue I can see is it takes more than more than an hour to mop my floor as you can see in picture.

This would have been perfect if this would have been quicker and quite but I am using it mostly when I move out of the house and it can take it's own time to clean up and I don't have to worry about getting struck somewhere. Overall at this price I am quite happy with the product and does near to perfect job.
